COACHING REQUIREMENTS:
All coaches must (1) attend one coaches meeting, (2) complete the Alliance 4 All program, and (3) complete the volunteer disclosure form.
Alliance 4 All:
All coaches must complete the Alliance 4 All program before coaching. This program is available on the following link: Alliance 4 All, Practice Better Sportsmanship and A4A-brochure-Altoona. AYSA will receive confirmation upon your completion of the program.
Volunteer Disclosure Form:
All coaches must have a current volunteer disclosure on file before coaching. AYSA will receive notification once your volunteer disclosure has been reviewed and approved by ISA. The disclosure form is available at http://www.iowasoccer.org/volunteer_disclosure/
